All models of The Forever Spring Time Machine require ONE alkaline 9-V battery. You can find these in most grocery, drug, and hardware stores. It is a common rectangular-shaped battery.

TIP! The oldest device models (Original Time Machines) with wire battery connectors will operate perfectly with these batteries though it will seem as if the battery won’t fit into the compartment. Modern 9-V batteries do not have rounded corners like they did when Original Time Machines were launched. It will requires a little push to snap it into the battery compartment.
